Bound Consulting Group was established by Faye Bound. Faye’s professional career, spanning more than 25 years, has included roles in Leadership, Management, Sales, Organisational Development, Customer Service, Learning, Marketing, Public Relations and Business Analysis. These roles have been with leading national and international organisations in the Financial Services, Human Resource Consulting, and Management Consulting industry sectors.
Faye has a passion for assisting others to realise their potential, and loves turning theoretical concepts into practical applications. Having worked for nearly 25 years in the Corporate sector in various team, Senior Management and Executive roles, she has an affinity with people in transition to management roles.

Archie Aspinall
Speciality Areas: Coach, Facilitation, Master of Ceremonies
Archie Aspinall is a talented professional with extensive management experience. With a passion for facilitation, particularly in the areas of leadership, change & coaching, he brings to the group a strong emphasis and unique perspective on individual empowerment and accountability. He has highly developed leadership skills and the ability to engage people at all levels of an organisation.
He has considerable senior management experience, and is highly effective at delivering programs to all levels of management. Archie has that rare perspective of having lived what he is presenting.
Kerrie Ashcroft
Speciality Areas: Organisational Consultant and Coach
Kerrie Ashcroft is a highly experienced Organisational Development Consultant who is committed to optimising business performance through the development of people. She works with leaders and individuals across all levels of an organisation to develop a learning culture through the development of systemic HR and OD strategies. Kerrie has significant experience. Kerrie has a 24 year background in learning and development, with significant industry experience in the IT and Government sectors in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. She has also worked with a range of clients in the finance, education, retail and transport sectors.
Janet Binder
Specialty Areas: HR Consulting, Strategic Planning, Organisational Reviews
Janet has over 25 years experience in human resources and organisational development at the senior management level in private sector and local government organisations, and has worked with a range of clients in the health, manufacturing, mining, local government and the not for profit sectors. Janet has proven experience in designing, facilitating and implementing organisation and cultural change to match business strategy. Janet’s work has included strategic planning, structural reviews, continuous improvement and human resource management including recruitment and selection, policy development, remuneration reviews and HR advice and compliance audits.
Janet is respected for her practical approach, professionalism, ability to engage with people at all levels and her commitment to deliver projects on time.
Maressa Derry
Speciality Areas: Drama Therapy; Facilitation; and Coaching: in which she uses story work, role play and improvisational interventions.
Maressa Derry has a Drama Therapy Degree from The Netherlands, and has worked in the UK for several years developing social skill training and drama therapy training.
Maressa also has experience working with both children and adults with intellectual disabilities and in mental health. She enjoys interacting with, supporting and empowering people.
Tony Lawson
Speciality Areas: Organisational Reviews, Governance Reviews, Policy Analysis/Advice, Research and Evaluation
Tony has operated at Chief Executive Officer level and has demonstrated skills in effecting comprehensive organisational and cultural change in diverse and demanding environments. He has also developed a strong service culture in organisations which have a high level of interaction with the community. He has also implemented quality management principles in pursuit of developing value added organisations.
Tony is respected for his leadership and management skills and for his highly developed understanding of the workings of government and the importance of strategic relationships between government, industry and the community.
Tony has established an excellent record in the provision of strong leadership, creative management and high level policy skills over a diverse career spanning 27 years. He established his own consulting practice in August 1998 and has managed major organisational and cultural change projects and been involved in the development of key policies and strategies across all spheres of Government.
Jim Myhill
Specialty Areas: Strategic Marketing and Thinking, Coaching
With over 25 years’ experience in marketing and senior management roles in both commercial and government organisations. Jim brings a unique mix of skills to the Bound Consulting Group. His long marketing career has equipped him well to mentor staff and provide sound advice on effective marketing principles, strategy and tactics. More broadly, his diverse background and engaging style makes him well suited to working with your team on a wide range of management issues.
Heather Stewart
Speciality Areas: Coaching, Human Resource Consulting
Heather's background includes experience in both the retail and financial services industries. She has extensive management experience and has held leadership roles across a number of areas including Customer Service, Human Resources and Sales.
Through leading and managing teams Heather developed an increasing interest in employee development and completed an accredited coaching program. As a business coach she has provided individuals with the disciplines to enhance their skills and abilities and supported their desire to achieve their potential. Her business experience is complemented by formal qualifications including a Diploma of Business - Management from the University of South Australia, Diplomas in Frontline Management and Financial Services as well as ongoing professional development.
Kate Trengove
Specialty Areas: Facilitation and Coaching, Change Management
Kate has over 20 years' experience in customer-focused industries, including retail, finance and small business. Her roles have included customer service, sales, training and development, organisational development and change management.
Kate has a strong background in facilitation, and particularly enjoys working with teams to enhance team cohesion and performance.
As a qualified HBDI, DiSC and TMS profiling practitioner, Kate also has a passion for working with individuals and helping them to understand more about themselves, the way they approach their work and their relationships with others.
Jason Vidovich
Specialty Areas: Organisational Development Consulting; Mediation; Coaching; Facilitation
Jason is an experienced and well rounded Organisational Development consultant. He has several years experience in General Management roles, both nationally and internationally, and knows and understands the responsibilities and pressure that come with running small businesses through to large multi-million-dollar businesses.
Jason has 15 years experience working within the disciplines of Organisational Development, Human Resources, Learning and Development. He possess a strong and broad skill set allowing him to consult, design, develop, deliver and review development interventions for companies, teams and individuals.
Jason's operational experience - including managing and leading small, large and virtual teams through acquisitions and restructures - ensures he has a depth of knowledge obtained through practice. His real-world experience complements his firm grip on theoretical models, development tools and, most importantly, on reality.
He is an an engaging and experienced presenter / keynote; a highly regarded facilitator; and an accomplished trainer and consultant.
